Michael was very prompt with his emails, packaged the isopods really well, and was kind enough to send replacement isopods after I received some DOAs (don't be like me, make sure you choose overnight shipping and NOT 2 day for expensive isopods!). Overall, I would totally order from NoLi Pods again :)
11/10 fantastic experience!! I tacked on a mystery box to my auction win and I am absolutely thrilled with what I got! Packing was also very nicely done (with a cold pack and a phase pack!) with freebies and overcounts on all three cups of pods I got! Definitely hope to be a repeat customer since y'all have a lot of species I don't have yet :D
