Pine Giant Wolf Spider (Hogna sp. "Pine Giant") - 1-2" (Juvenile WC)
Big enough to be mistaken for a tarantula, and it runs its prey down on foot Hogna sp. "Pine Giant" (undescribed trade name), the Pine Giant Wolf Spider, comes out of the Florida pine flatwoods as one of the most impressive native wolf spiders in the trade. It is an undescribed Hogna sold under a trade name rather than a validly published species, and it is a different animal from Big Z's Carolina and Miami wolf spiders. We sell it small at 1 to 2 inches, but it grows into a genuinely large, heavy, thick-bodied true spider with the presence of something twice its price.
Ships from Big Z's Habitats & arachnids. Items in one order ship together — and shipping is free when you already have an open order with this seller (your items ride along in the same box).
