All shipping takes place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the exceptions of holidays. Live shipments only go out when temps are 40F to 85F for safety of the isopods. LAG applies to 2 day UPS (weather permitting) and overnight. You have 1 hour after package is received to report any DOA's. Photos must be sent immediately and be time stamped for proof if any DOA's occured. Isotopia always sends a few extras because sometimes in transit DOA's can occur. The extras are provided in good faith to balance this out.
There are no refunds at all.
If an order needs to be reshipped due to DOA's the customer will pay the cost for reshipping.
Heat or cold packs are provided as needed per shipment.
If the carrier (UPS/Fedex) delays due to weather or any circumstances, it is out of my hands unfortunately and the LAG is no longer valid. Boxes damaged in transit are also out of my control. If a box is completely damaged, please let me know and I will file a claim. Goods will only be replaced if the carrier reimburses me.
